Demetria Spinrad and Magali Ferare
Bookruptcy
Bookruptcy is a two-person book club that celebrates the act of reading, no matter how un-aesthetic our choices are. Bookruptcy is hosted by Demetria Spinrad and Magali Ferare, two people who refuse to identify as "book people" in the modern social media marketing hellscape. Join them every other week as they talk books (but do not BookTok) and share their thoughts about whatever they're reading. Their tastes are varied, uninhibited by any algorithm, and run the gamut from award-winning litfic to highly obscure fanfic... to anything either one of them can convincingly argue is "a text."
