#UltramanBlazar #Ultraman #Tokusatsu #TsuPro  Ending 2024 with a bang as CJ and Prime talk all about Ultraman Blazar. A show that was a big rollout of Ultraman being simulcast here in the U.S. and Japan. It was a big deal alongside the show being dubbed as well. Fun series overall and a wild summer experience with the movie followup.

#Sonic3 #SonicTheHedgehog3 #Paramount #SEGA #Sonic Paramount is battin 3 for 3 on these Sonic films and haven't let up. Director Jeff Fowler really has a good grasp on the world of Sonic the Hedgehog and does a phenominal job of making you care on the plight of the characters. In this instance, he nails everything about Shadow top to bottom. And even past that character, just expanding on the worl...

#PMC2024 #PowerMorphicon #PowerRangers #SuperSentai The game has changed in terms of nerd apparel. Much like with AlCombo, Sentai Jackets is another company that is changing the way fans can wear apparel from the toku world. As the name implies they're a company that puts out jackets representative of toku shows and they recently made a huge impact with the recent Rescue Series jackets inspired fr...

#SpiderMan #KravenTheHunter #Kraven #Sony #SpiderVerse  This movie is standard action fare in line with the sort of Direct to Home Video throwback from the 80's/90's. The added bonus is this movie using Kraven as the basis of said action film. While the character in the comics does have lore that you could build a movie on, this film scratches the surface in ways that could've been better. You ult...

Heist Cinema Winter continues with us redoing our second episode. 13 years ago we tackled the Jet Li movie "High Risk". We return to is as seasoned film critics and guys looking back out our youth in the late 90s.

Its the end of the year and with that comes the end of the recent Heritage Auction for the Power Rangers franchise items. CJ and Prime talk at length about it and talk about the latest toku news and happenings.

Heist Cinema Winter goes on with the negro classic Set It Off. And yes this is definitely a classic. A story about sisterhood and trying to get PAID!

#Gladiator2 #RidleyScott #DenzelWashington    As far as legacy sequels go, Gladiator 2 isn't too bad. While it doesn't hit the same highs as say Top Gun Maverick, Ridley Scott does in a way play it safe. Not a bad thing per se but same time the film hits the same story beats of the first movie. Denzel ends up stealing this movie top to bottom and he's worth it alone to go see this movie.

#DCcomics #Batman #Penguin #HBO #WarnerBros Matt Reeves put out a solid film in The Batman and this Penguin series carries on the drama in Reeves Batman universe. CJ and Anthony talk about the journey of Osward Cobblepott as he seeks to gain a foothold in Gotham and make his presence known.

Heist Cinema Winter continues with a Guy Ritchie flick. His first movie to be exact. A movie dripping in late 90s London dialog and shenanigans.

It's November and it's time for 3BG to review movies that are...CINEMA...this year it's Heist movies. Cops and Robbers. Jewel thieves. People who need a lot of cash and fast. We all love them. We start off strong with the Michael Mann classic, Heat. This is jammed packed with talent in front of and behind the camera. It changed the game when it comes to shoot-outs in movies. So many working parts...

Happy Halloween 2024!!! This year we choose the Jordan Peele classic Get Out. A movie that black people felt on multiple levels, and a movie white people "understood". We talk Jordan Peele, white women, negro fears, early 2000s fashion,  pornstars and the sunken place.

The Last Dance is here and...yeah...it was definitely a movie. Cj and DjTsu go into this last installment and why Sony needs to be stopped.

Last time we were at Crystal Lake, Pamela Voorhees got her head chopped off after killing a bunch of teenagers. This time her son Jason will continue her tradition of killing. And as tradition we invited our best friend Moe from No Budget Nightmares to talk about Jason.

Time for 3BG to enter the world of Biohazard again. This time we talk about the CGI movies that are far superior to it's Live Action counterpart. This movie has a Prime broken Leon Kennedy, a East Slav war zone, the biggest tyrants ever, the USA and Russia teaming up, and Capcom randomness.

After a 7 year break, Don Mancini and the gang construct a new Chucky movie made for "The New Millenium". That's 90's Boomer talk for "Gen X is gonna love this!". This time Chucky is resurrected by his hot goth serial killer girlfriend Tiffany played by the ultra MILF Jennifer Tilly. Also, the great John Ritter is in this, NICE! Katherine Heigel is in it to. I know, neat. This movie is a piece of...

#SuperSentai #PowerRangers #Tokusatsu #MetalHero #KamenRider CJ chops it up with Al who runs a nerd apparel business mainly focused on the toku side. And to be honest, the apparel is dope as hell.  Go visit his site: https://thealcombo.com/ And also check out his other social media spots as well: https://linktr.ee/thealcombo

#JokerFolieADeux #Joker #ToddPhillips #DCcomics #WB #LadyGaga   Studios greenlit sequels to films all the time especially when the first film is a HUGE success. In practicality, the first Joker movie should never have gotten a sequel especially with how standalone the film was and its ending. But typical of Hollywood, money talks so a sequel was greenlit. This film doesn't do a good job overall of...

It's amazing how movie franchises start off so tame and heavy, then turn into action porn two movies later. Well, the Rambo series did the same and had an ACAB storyline too. The man was just passing through until the big bad sheriff wanted to treat a Nam Vet like a black man in the 1950s. They weren't ready for that Vet to be RAMBO! Just think, there are racist and Blue Lives Matter people who lo...

The last movie of the trilogy, while not the best in the series its still pretty awesome. Everything wrapped up perfectly and time paradoxes close...sort of. We talk about it all in the final installment.

3BG's worse film of 2022! Oh no! The moon is gonna kill us because it's being controlled by an ancient A.I. our ancient ancestors made during a utopian era of technology! Save us Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson and Samwell from Game of Thrones!

Int#PowerRangers #PowerMorphicon2024 #PowerMorphicon #MMPR CJ got a chance to talk with Erik Betts who not only did stunts for the OG seasons of Power Rangers but also was part of the most entertaining martial arts show in WMAC Masters as Panther.

#BeetleborgsMetallix #BFighterKabuto #BFighter #MetalHero #Tokusatsu  The sequel to B-Fighter, Kabuto takes place 5 years later and sees the previous cast teaming up with a new group of heroes that are taking on a more brutal group of villains. The guys also go over CJ's Power Morphicon experience and the latest toku news.
