Welcome to Sushumna Vani! ….a podcast series to spread the knowledge of Sushumna Kriya Meditation given to the world by Shri Shri Shri Aathmanandamayi Mataji. Our Guru Maa keeps on telling us time and again – we ought to start the day with meditation but end it with introspection. And how we live our lives between meditation and introspection decides the pace and trajectory of our spiritual evolution.
