OH MY GARSH. Had so much fun this week with this episode. Loads and loads of new music for you as per usual. Hating the fact that Apple has split its podcasts out separately. This will give a big hit to new subs to the podcast so please make sure you tell your friends! Safe, and I hope you enjoy B

So this is my 2 year anniversary show on the bass heavy Sub. FM. Time has flown and I've had a blast so far. Here's to another 2 years of amazing bass (how sweet the sound). As per usual there's lots of new music for you to consume. I hope you enjoy. B

"Brainz I'm scarred for life" "Why?" "I just Googled 'Anal Prolapse'" That was an actual conversation I had yesterday in the Sub. FM Chat Room. I have no idea what he was expecting. Given my track record of dodgy show names I don't know what they expected when I set my show title to Anal Prolapse UK Garage. What can we gather from this little story? I've got problems. And I don't care. Enjoy the t...

Hi guys, It's been a while since I last tore it up on the tube train. I fancied throwing down this morning and recorded this in one blast. Oh gosh. I was literally walking through the barriers at Liverpool Street with an iPad whilst in the mix. Hope I did you proud. Always like to cheese it up a bit on the tube. So I hope this isn't too stilton for all of you. Enjoy like Pak Choi B

UK Garage like pinot noir is deep, dark, full bodied, and likely to give you a banging headache the next day. This was similar to the headache I had the morning of this show with a savage hangover after a night out on the red wine. Loving the vibes I threw down in this show. As per there's a shitload of new music. Hope you enjoy! B

Shanking you in your face again with some savage UK and Future Garage again this week. Some bangers in here. Watch out for the new big one from DEVolution, throwing down a wicked remix for Rebecca Ferguson. You know the drill. Anus-loads of new music for you. Hope you enjoy! B

Mmm pppt mmm ppt BEEFY BEEFY. Easy click. Had great fun this week. Bare BARE new riddims for you. Like it's a joke. So much fire in the inbox. Appreciate the chatroom crew that were locked. I had to rush around to get back in time and was on a mad one by the start. Some of the b-lines are so tough that I have to say I will accept no responsibility for any damage done to your face from chewing it o...

Honestly, this has got to be one of the most disappointing shows I've done for a while. My advice is to take it with a pinch of salt. I was off my game. And I apologise for that. Still lots of brand new tunes for you to listen to. So if you want to risk it, I hope you enjoy it as much as you can. Until next time, and at a better quality. B Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

Bonjour Madame et Monsuier. Alright treacles and geezers. Absolute fire of a show for you this week if I do say so myself. Was hype after watching the amazing opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympic Games. Have to say I was blown away, and took some of that inspiration to the decks with me. Lock in for a marathon session worthy of the Olympic gold. Big up. B Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

What's crackalacking people? I used to work with a guy from The Bronx who used to say that to me every day. He must have felt clever calling me a cracker on the sly daily like I didn't know. We got on well so I let it slide. And I still imitate him to this day. So there's that. Anyway, this week I ducked out of Sub. FM duties but didn't want to let you down, so I still recorded a little rinse out...

BOOM! Bare new tracks. BARE. Shove this down your lugholes and try not to wet yourself. I love new music. B Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

Word to your mother. Brainz is back for another issue of Bumpy UKG. This week's show wasn't on Sub. FM as I had a prior engagement. Still, I threw down for you. Find some fresh beats, coupled with some old school Russian Roulette mixing. What I mean by that is the 2 half is me finding any random vinyl and chucking it on. Made for an interesting result. I hope you enjoy. Have a great week. B Serato...

So this weekend, our bling-emblazoned overlord celebrates 60 years in rule. Yawn. How about some garage instead? Hope you enjoy. And a note - there's no live show next week as I have to attend a wedding. If I make it that far. Have a spangalicious week y'all. B Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

Total sploosh. Got some wicked riddims for you this week. Lots and lots of hectic forthcoming material from the like of Wookie, DEVolution, Slime Recordings, GOLD and more. This was supplemented by some classic bangers. Well, it was my birthday recently. So I do what I want. Cheers for listening, and have a great week. B Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

Hello kiddiewinks. Time for another hilarious session of UK Garage with the Brainz. I mention it being hilarious, and this is due to how on point I was. Also posting late due to me still nursing a giant, dirty hangover. Thank you, Shoreditch cheese cocktail bar. It pains me to type with this headache, so I will bid you adieu... Yours, DJ Brainpainz Serato Playlist Listen on Mixcloud

EASY FAMBLE! Some proper LOL Garage this week. What that means I don't exactly know. But it was a bit of a strange show. I was slightly experimental. And unfortunately the past fortnight has been pretty slim picking for new UKG. So the 2nd half of the show you will find me just rinsing out some banging tracks of recent. I like to try as hard as I can to make every show branding spanking new. Faile...

Easy famble. And Happy Zombie Jew day to all crew. In honour of the bloke that got nailed to 2 bits of wood, I've decided to stab you in the eyeball with some brand spanking new music. Got some cracking tunage for you, and at the end I have a tiny archive vinyl rinse-out (if that's your bag). Hope you enjoy, and please, if you get a chance, follow me on the Tweetpipes, 5 star and comment me on iTu...

Yes people. Hello and welcome to another instalment of the Brainz show. This week was especially close to my heart. And this is because I get to give you the first glimpse of my new project: Orpheus. We may have let the horse out of the stable a little early on this one, but I was so excited to share some of the work we've been doing that we ran with what we had. Orpheus consists of myself and my...

NERD ALERT! Yes that's right: I bought an iPad 3. Ooo wow the pixels. So dramatically different. Not a waste of money at all. Honest. So what have I done so far with my iPad 3? Bought a bunch of apps I'll never use. Watched Tulisa noshing off Fazer in glorious SD-on-HD style just to make it feel that much dirtier. According to Dappy it's Fazer anyway. He's says he'd know that dick anywhere. Cute....

BANG TIDY! This week's show was an animal one. Lots of fresh beats for your ears, including some smashing forthcoming material from L2S Recordings, Matt Jam & Scott Tonic, Hostage & RacknRuin plus many more. Had a proper skank out in the studio recording this. Loving the new vibes of the tracks I picked up. Don't forget, you can hit me up with promos on brainz@slicknfresh.co.uk, sa...

My heart bleeds. Normal really, being an emo and all that. Everyone I meet tells me how much of an emo I am. That pretty much tells me how much Mosca got it spot on when he gave a quote to Time Out on Future Garage. So for this week's emotional Future Garage fest we have lots of upfront, forthcoming smashers. Watch out for the new one from DEVolution, throwing down a banging remix for Smiler. Mike...

So it turns out too much brostep can actually fuck your brain. The morning of my radio show, en route to one of my favourite culinary places (Wimpy) I had Skrillex pumping out the motor. Whilst rocking back and fourth, gripping my steering wheel, shouting BROOOOOO I think I did some damage to my musical section of my brain. I say this as in between some banging music (and I mean BANGING) these bad...

POW! Right in the kisser! Smacking you in the face is another session of large, upfront 2012 UK Garage this week with some garage bangers. Some wicked tunes on road right now and this year is already shaping up to be a doozy, with massive releases from labels such as Black Butter, Squelch & Clap and L2S. I also did one of my first "crate digging" sessions with MP3s and pulled out some tunes fr...

Yes yes! I hope 2012 has treated you well so far. Here's another action packed show for you from Sub. FM. Chatroom was hot on it this week. Thanks to the people that have been listening live. And *cough cough* apologies for the odd car crash or two of mix. Remember, this is normally the first time I play these tunes ever when I spin them on air. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! Safe as alw...

Yes people! We're back on the tube train ripping up some riddims. For this instalment of iPad mix-magic, I've drawn for the Super Ninja Bass Squad! In a nutshell, I looked back at the countless tunes I've accrued over the past 12 months and had a re-listen. There's so many tracks that I've managed to throw by the wayside by not paying proper attention to the actual tunes I own. What we've got is a...
