Marriage has gotten a bad rap. The world thinks the institution of marriage is a farce and not to be treated with the reverence that it is due. Why? Marriage is supposed to be a sacred bond between husband and wife. So when did divorce become something we seem so quick to accept—or even celebrate? And perhaps the harder question is this: why do so many married couples stop treating their marriage...

Why are friendships between women complicated and convoluted, while men just go with the flow? Are women 🚺 more complex? Do men 🚹 just go with the flow because it is easier to?

Two very disturbing stories that have taken over social media and the news in the past week. Both highlighting the need for we as human beings, to take the extra step to control/check our desires. Yes, mental health is key and should better be studied and diagnosed. Over medicating is not the solution, especially when the symptoms are not known or investigated properly.
