My friend, Chinazo Egwuatu, interviewed me for an episode on her podcast: Nazo's Circus , We had a good 'ole time. I shared about meeting my B-Diddy on a dating website then we segued into perimenopause and weight gain and my success using #Ozempic and #Zepbound to lose the weight.

I've been thinking about friendship, the value of having people in one's life, the importance of being able to share things that are personal and private with someone else and trust that those things are in a safe space. The idea and friends can be siloed into different groups.
