Hello beautiful Souls, and welcome to my Podcast. I am a Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control Survivor and a single proud Mum to my son. I am an international number one best-selling author and Motivational Speaker. I still suffer from post-separation abuse in the form of trolling. This space reminds me that I can talk authentically and face my fears. Sometimes I feel very vulnerable, but I push through. Life after the abuse has been a considerable achievement for me. I am also incredibly honoured to have an outstanding line-up of guests who inspire, challenge and inform listeners.
