I am walking on sunshine. I've had a good week and I've had some down points but overall it has been an awesome week. we've got sunshine I have my little tanning area set up perfect. what are you doing how are things over there?

Happy Cinco de Mayo! what magical day. My grandsons 2nd birthday and my daughter's 30th. Woohoo!! Had a great weekend and I've stories to share.

The vertigo is almost gone, Dr appointment day, and the rain here is staying away today. Lots of good stuff 👍🏽

I still have the vertigo from my fall, plenty of rain here in Wisconsin, but I'm not in excruciating pain so that's a positive. It is a good day no matter what. I'm looking forward to lounging on my tanning chair once it warms up and isn't so wet

New configuration to my plan. Rearranged my daily activities schedule and tweaking my diet. I refuse to be overweight and unhealthy.

beautiful day here, windows open, got a massage today, and all sorts of critters are hanging out with me My mom would have been 74 today, hope she will visit me tonight.

This rainy weather is leaving me all stiff and achy. I have an Easter hangover today, or maybe it's the weather. Dr appointment today WOOHOO!!

I was feeling like giving y'all a howl and update on my concussion situation.

it's been 4 years since my twin flame departed and I'm moving on from that. 2 nights ago I fell in my kitchen and hit my head, definitely not good. let's just get on with the weekend eh?

It might not be the ideal weather for me but it's home. Changing how I do mornings and what I do. I am ready for some good stuff to come into my human experience.

Family visit day!! it's always good to see my kiddo and her little family. I have a lot of food left over, can I dish you up a plate?

It's crazy how things turn around and surprise you. well actually I'm not really surprised I kind of knew this was coming it just happened sooner than I expected. life is good and I am looking forward to this next journey.

It is Friday and we made it! Dreary weather here but it's ok. I'm blessed not stressed and everything is always working out for me.

happy Wednesday a wtf day perhaps. I'm feeling so much better and ready to kick some ass today. it is so beautiful here and I'm ready for my Gramma nap apparently. don't mind the yawns my wolf pack .

I'm just laying here in my bed thinking about all the things that I'm so grateful for and all the wonderful things that I experience today. I accomplished a lot of things that needed to be done and I feel so much better. I'm living in an attitude of gratitude.

is there really a normal? after last week's episode I took some action and found resolution and I'm feeling like myself again. time to get back to my usual and start feeling human again.
