What, Like It’s Hard?

What would you do if you had a time machine? Sam and Heather would use it to go back and try this one again. They, of course, had a great time but it is definitely a wild ride, buckle up for this one friends.  

Sam and Heather round out the holiday season with a wacky, dark interesting take on a Christmas morality tale.  This is one of Heather's all time favorites and we'll let you decide what that says about her.  

Heather gets a wish granted just in time for Christmas. But was it really a wish or more of a demand? Either way, Sam and Heather go through the emotional ups and downs that come with a stressful family holiday, luckily Sam was able to edit out (mostly) her crying.

Sam and Heather are starting off the holly jolly holiday season a little early because Sam couldn't wait any longer. This film may not be a traditional classic but Sam still watches it every year. Also, a quick apology for all the random knocking, we tried to edit most of them out but Heather's spooky things were a bit ramped up during recording! 

Hi Barbie! A lot of listeners requested that Sam and Heather watch this giant summer smash film and Sam was finally able to convince Heather to watch it! We love a strong female driven story! 

Regardless of Heather's protests, Sam chose a movie that allowed her to discuss Zac Efron for nearly an hour.  Who's side of the fence are you rooting for in this film?

This week Sam and Heather celebrate spooky season 90's style. They dive into the film that kicked off one of the best scary franchises of them all so grab some jiffy pop and settle in for a meta infused flashback spectacular.

This week Sam and Heather journey to the rough and tumble streets of Boston to discuss one of the most stressful movies of all time. Special guest Rooster (Heather's dog) also contributes to the conversation whether you want to hear what she has to say or not.  The only thing that everyone can agree on is how good Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon both look in this movie.  

What is more exciting than watching an action packed alien war? Watching it over and over on repeat! Confused yet? So is Heather, but don't worry Sam and Heather work their way through this week's movie and both emerge victorious, or at least both understand the plot......maybe.... 

Sam and Heather continue their discussion on the greatest saga of our generation and this time they are taking it back to where it all began.  If you're new to the world of Forks, Washington consume this episode then travel back to episode 14 where they cover New Moon (also it's sad that you have chosen a twilight free lifestyle).

Sam and Heather love a good comedy experience so this week they turned to Melissa McCarthy and she did not disappoint.  While Heather believes everyone and their grandma have seen this film Sam isn't convinced it's a household name.  Regardless if you've seen it or not grab a Topper Jack's burger and put on your muscle shirt because it's time to talk about Tammy.  

Did you know that Sam has kids? This week Sam and Heather watched a kid's movie and even though Heather is anti-cartoon she really showed up and powered through. Join us for a journey of magic, puberty and all things awkward!  

Sam and Heather revisit another classic from their youth but discover that maybe this one isn't worth hanging on to.  Boys weigh in, do you still enjoy this movie 24 years after it's release? Dawson, stick to the creek because football is not your calling.  

What's better than an action packed comedy rom com? Not much! Sam and Heather discuss the amazing chemistry between the stars in the movie and relate to the problem solving teamwork that they use to survive their situations. It only took about 10 years, but Sam finally got Heather to get into the Knight and Day of it all.  

Heather is back from her sabbatical!!!!  What better way to celebrate then to really break down the intricacies of genetic engineering and exploration through the rebirth of the mighty dinosaur? Also notice anything different about our look? Thank you Courtney for our adorable glow up! 

Courtney is back again this week to cover another sacred teen movie with Sam. This time Sam transports Courtney back to a simpler time, a moment in history when the internet wasn't around and cell phones could barely fit into your pocket. Could anyone not enjoy this classic? As if!
