What, Like It’s Hard?

Sam and Heather are back with another holiday edition, another golden one from the 90's. You may have thought we were sleeping through this week but we managed to finally get it out! 

Sam and Heather continue their holiday marathon and discuss one of the classics this week. Nothing boosts your confidence like watching a small child kick the crap out of adult men. 

Sam and Heather begin their Christmas movie marathon this week! This first pick is one of Heather's so buckle in because there will be no whimsy but there will be plenty of tears. What better time to meet your partner's family then during the holiday season? 

Sam and Heather talk about one of the best movies to come out this year and possibly this decade. Do yourself a favor and watch it for yourself before listening! Buckle up because this film is filled to the brim with every emotion you can name and some that there are no words for.

Sam and Heather finish out the spooky ooky season with a classic that terrorized many but maybe the hype isn't worth it? Either way we can all agree that dolls are much better when they aren't trying to kill you.  

Sam is joined by Courtney (if you don't recognize her name where have you been?) to discuss one of pop culture's greatest Halloween tales. Will we ever find any movie from the 90's that doesn't have us seriously scratching our heads? Oh well, it's still a bona fide classic, enjoy listening as we go amok amok amok amok amok amok. 

It wouldn't be spooky season if Sam and Heather didn't discuss something demonic. All the way from 1973 this film really impacted not only the film industry but society as a whole. This one may not be the spookiest of them all but buckle in, it's the 70's after all. 

Spooky season is finally upon us! Sam and Heather kick off the beginning of the Halloween extravaganza with one of their favorite spooky sagas! If you want to catch up on the first in the franchise check out episode 35! 

Sam and Heather wanted to give everyone a good lighthearted laugh before spooky season approaches and somehow Sam snuck in another Zac Efron movie. Sometimes our closest friends allow us to thrive and sometimes those relationships can terrorize anyone in our path. To be fair Sam and Heather don't mind causing a ruckus once and awhile. 

Sam and Heather take on another documentary this week. The topics in this one are pretty heavy so pay attention to the content warning at the beginning of the episode. There is a lot to digest in this one and hopefully it sparks a lot of conversation, it certainly did with Sam and Heather. 

Sam and Heather bring you a supersized episode this week as they wrap up the final installment of The Twilight Saga. So many emotions as this chapter comes to a close, only one thing left to do, watch the entire saga from the beginning again! Sam and Heather have gotten back into the groove! This week they tackle (sport reference) a movie about coming together, progression, and of course football. You gotta love a "true" life story brought to the big screen.

OMG everyone, Heather is back!!!! The sound quality isn't the greatest in this episode but stick around for Heather's amazing return! Sometimes a not perfect movie is what you need and who doesn't love a vampire tale?

Courtney is back for another week! Sam couldn't convince Heather to cover the second Lindsay Lohan comeback film on Netflix so Courtney took one for the team. Courtney if we haven't said it enough before now, we appreciate you!  

Sam is joined by her sister in law, Madison, to discuss a story rarely represented. Have you ever dated someone much younger than you? Older? Did you feel like your life was under a microscope? What are your thoughts on Anne Hathaway? So many things to discuss this week! 

Sam has forced Courtney to do another episode with her and this week they bring their school spirit. That's right we're Friday Night Lighting all over the place. The question of the episode, what did you pretend to be interested in to impress someone in high school? 

This movie has everything: action, adventure, murder, stars, pirates, the list goes on and on. Courtney joins Sam again this week to revisit this popular classic that no one has ever heard of. 

Well friends, it has been a hell of a week.  This episode doesn't have good sound quality, it is a bit long, and it's coming to you almost a day late. Sam was joined by Courtney again to cover our first ever musical on this program and sometimes it's more for us than for you but we hope some of you enjoy it anyway. 

As Heather begins her summer sabbatical, Sam is joined by social media queen Courtney to discuss historical nonsense starring Nick Cage. If you want to get fully crunked take a drink anytime the Declaration of Independence is mentioned. 

As Sam and Heather are getting ready for the holiday this week, they felt the most American thing they could do was watch a Tom Hanks movie. On this watch through they both had a lot of feels and discovered more than they anticipated while diving into this amazing classic.
