i made this using train sounds and a phrase I composed myself. the inspiration was those old school silent film scores with the train chases. I was watching a video and it started to glitch out and gave me the idea of the scene being all spliced up. I took this one rhythmically off the rails a bit too ^^' 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

Distortion on everything! Haven't used Rift and Coldfire in a while so they're on pad dirtying duty. Man, what better lead than a distorted piano (had to look it up, a proper adjective would actually be ferratus) 2026 CC Attribution Share Alike (BY-SA)

This track is a drum and bass tribute to the game Portal. It was made for the Elektronauts drum and bass competition DnBnJungle Battle #11: Main theme https://www.elektronauts.com/t/re-dnbnjungle-battle-11-main-theme/256449 The aim is to capture the energetic and fun gameplay of Portal and Chell's heroic, athletic and indomitable spirit with the recurring leitmotif. I'm still playing aro...

Challenged myself to make a track in one take, all at once, using 2 MPE surfaces and 4 MPE VST tracks. Then added some inserts and volume automation and threw a limiter on there. Quick and dirty 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial No Derivative Works (BY-NC-ND)

Hi guys, I have just started making music using the dirtywave m8. This is my first track! If you give it a listen, and you end up liking it (I did, I made it) than you may have my taste in music. Anyways, I hope I can make more music on the m8, and learn it more. Thanks for listening! :) 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

'Classical Guitar' piece with a guitar ensemble I direct at one of the colleges I work for. The piece is created by each guitarist playing a set row of notes which they are to move through in their own time.  This composition is designed for a recording scenario so when each guitarist was recorded, they could only hear themselves which always leads to quite a lovely effect when all...

I have been on vacation at home so I had a lot of time to play with the M8 and The Töörö, in the end I didn't use the Töörö though cause I was quite happy with how the song sounded just with the M8. 2026 Copyright All rights reserved

For this one I'm returning to the M8 for a straightforward acid techno arrangement. This is the raw M8 output, using the M8's onboard limiter and over-the-top (OTT) compressor -- there's no other mastering. Enjoy the bleeps! 2026 CC Attribution Noncommercial (BY-NC)

This is another song that started from one simple sentence written by 19-year old me. This time it was a quote from somewhere - I don't remember where I heard it, but it's this: "The only substitute for good manners is fast reflexes." Guess I thought it was funny, so I saved it in my notebook :D So, with this sentence as the starting point I just sat down by the keyboard and fo...
