We are Fio, which stands for “We are Figuring it Out” is a podcast that advocates for wholesome wellness, especially among young people. We do this through having necessary conversations on ways we can take better care of ourselves and those around us, both physically and mentally. Our conversations touch on a wide range of topics from relationships, careers, mental health, finances, fitness and many more, which are informed by the lives of our hosts, Leah and Rita.
