On Sunday, Matt concluded our series on a "Summer in the Psalms'. He shared a personal account of how Psalm 77 has challenged him and how this Psalm changes our perspective on how we respond in times of struggle and distress.

Under circumstances that should have totally broken David, he was able to turn to worship. James unpacks Psalm 63 and gives us four ways that we can learn to worship regardless of our circumstance.

On Sunday, Linda continued our series on 'Summer in the Psalms' by unpacking Psalm 23. She walked us through this familiar psalm, giving us a fresh look at how we can use it to reassure us today in 2018.

On Sunday, Rach continued our Summer in the Psalms series, looking at Psalm 27. She spoke on how God is our light, our salvation and our stronghold and explored how that helps us make decisions out of faith rather than fear.

On Sunday, James started a new series, 'Summer in the Psalms'. He looked at Psalm 40, exploring what it means to wait patiently upon the Lord. He reminded us that we must not become fixated on the destination but instead enjoy deep friendship with God throughout the journey.

On Sunday, Alice did part two of her mini-series on Finding Hope through Suffering. She spoke from Romans 5, looking at the good that can come out of our experiences of suffering, including a deepening of our character, our faith, and our community.

On Sunday, Alice began a new mini series, looking at how to find hope through suffering. She encouraged us with three assurances; the reality of the cross, the promise of scripture that God walks with us in our suffering, and the hope that awaits us in Heaven.

On Sunday, James finished our series on Hearing from God by looking at the gift of prophecy. He spoke about giving and receiving a prophetic word, reminding us that we are to eagerly desire this gift. He offered us five purposes of prophecy that all begin with the letter C; that the prophetic word would be Constructive, bring Courage, bring Comfort, Confront people with God's reality, and Confirm...

On Sunday, James continued our series on Hearing from God, looking at Acts 13: 1-4. He highlighted the importance of being in community, slowing down and making space in our schedules to actually be able to hear from God, and encouraged us that out of this place, God will speak.

Paul continues our series on Hearing from God, looking at how we can learn to hear His voice, particularly focussing on inspiring us to use the Bible to do this well.

On Sunday, David Pike continued our series on Hearing From God. He spoke about the hindrances that prevent us from clearly hearing God's voice, and how to overcome these barriers. He gave three things to help lift the 'stones' that block our wells to get the water flowing again; building a foundation on the word of God, guarding our quiet time with God, and regularly asking the Holy Spirit to fill...

On Sunday James spoke on generosity. He reminded us that around a third of the words Jesus was recorded as saying were about money, because it is the number one rival to God for the human heart. “No one can serve two masters… You cannot serve both God and Money” - Matthew 6:24 He said that when we serve the Lord with our money we are building eternal treasures in Heaven, and part of this reward is...

Last week we were joined by guest speaker, Andy Fearon (Carlisle Vineyard). He invited us to walk in the new life that Jesus promises, free from fear, and to partner with courage. He inspired us to be encouragers and to call out the gold in others, telling them what Jesus sees. "Encouragement is taking a handful of courage from Heaven and placing it someone's heart".

John Mumford spoke last Sunday from Revelation 4 and 5, looking at the vision that John had; the vision of God being worshipped on the throne. He spoke about God being the lion and the lamb; He is the lion who has triumphed so we don’t need to be defeated by the things of this world because He has overcome. On Sunday, we started a new mini-series on generous living. One of our values as a church is outrageous generosity, not just with finances but in every area of our lives. James looked at why we are called to be generous and what it means to live this way. "Generosity is a learned habit of being open handed and available with all that we are and all that we have".

On Sunday we shared the vision and the practicalities of becoming a multi-site church. Jen shared the story of how God has been leading Cardiff Vineyard to become multi-site and Alice & Matt Meads spoke about what this will look like for us.

On Sunday, James finished our Joshua series by asking what our story is. He said that the key to Courage from Heaven is obedience; that It is listening to God and obeying Him. As well as this, it requires the awareness of God’s presence amongst us. He challenges us to take 5 minutes at the start of every day to be still in God's presence, wait, and listen.

On 8.4.18, we heard from three members of our church family as they shared their stories. Mark Epton, Helen Tower and Mike Lewis shared with us the ways that God has moved powerfully in theirs lives as a result of them saying a courageous “yes" to His call.

On Sunday, Pete Speirs continued our Courage from Heaven series. He spoke about God’s love for cities, and His heart for refuge and restoration in Cardiff.

In our Easter Sunday Service, James unpacked the meaning of Easter and making a salvation choice.

David Pike speaks to us from Joshua 7 and 8. He gives us insight on how to explore difficult passages whilst knowing the goodness of God and His plans for us.

Alice finishes Prayer Week 2018 by talking to us on the importance of prayer. She reminds us that we cannot do anything by our own strength but by the presence of God. Prayer is about pursuing God's presence, and partnering with Him.

Dave continues our Joshua series looking at Chapters 4 & 5. As the Israelites step into the Promised Land, he asks what it would look like for us to step into God's calling on our lives.

James continues our Joshua series, this week looking at Joshua 3. He encourages us to invite the Lord in to search our hearts, to consecrate ourselves and be on spiritual alert, because focusing on God is essential. However, we will never cross the river unless we take a step of faith.

Stuart Gray continues with our Joshua Series, looking at how we can be courageous and pursue the power of God in our city. He talks from Joshua 2, looking at Rahab and how she trusted in God because she was in awe having heard of His power and the things that He was doing. Stu also encourages us that God can use people who have discounted themselves.
