Over summer, Alice has given this talk at all sites and services. She looked at the life of Peter and reminded us that although he was wholly unqualified, he was fully confident in God.

On Sunday Dave spoke to us about Communion. He looked at the meaning of the bread and the wine, and unpacked what Jesus meant when He said, "do this in remembrance of me."

Continuing our series, James looked at the life of Peter and explored the lessons we can learn from him in overcoming failure. He spoke about how although we have all failed and will continue to fail in this life, that does not define us. What defines us is how we respond; how we take the shattered pieces of our hearts and lives and let Jesus reform and reinstate us.

On Sunday Dan continued our series on 'Lessons from the Life of Peter', speaking about sharing Jesus. Sharing from his own story, Dan encouraged us to be like Peter, stopping when those around us call out to us, and making the most of every opportunity to share Jesus with power, boldly proclaiming who he is.

On Sunday, Mike unpacked Matthew 14:22-33 and identified four lessons we can learn from Peter's encounter with Jesus as he stepped out of the boat into the storm and walked with Jesus on the water. Mike reminded us of a simple yet important truth that can help us when we face 'storms' in our own lives.

Matt continues our series looking at the life of Peter, exploring how God calls us to fearlessly step out in faith.

On Sunday, Paul began our new series 'Lessons from the Life of Peter'. Challenging our culture's message that to be free is to not obey anyone but yourself and your desires, Paul unpacked that obedience is at the heart of the Christian message and that when we submit to God's authority we find true freedom.

On Sunday, Paul spoke from Nehemiah 2. He encouraged us to find out about our city and what the need is, just like Nehemiah did, and to ask God what He’s calling us to. Whether we know specifics or not, this city is broken and God is asking us all to partner with Him to see it renewed.
