Health EN ↓ 58 episodes

For Mental health awareness, giving people a place to speak & spread ideas/opinions, discussing unpopular and controversial topics, and overall being a safe space. Not meant to put anyone else down or for them to feel unheard but rather shed light on belittled things. Friendly discussions, breaking down the importance of small individual factors and plenty more. I plan to be the platform for those who strive to speak but would like to keep the face paired with their voice a secret. Speaking up for those who struggle to do it themselves.

I Think About Death More Than I Should 11.05.2026

Video was from a few weeks back but I still have the reoccuring feeling and figured it made more sense to post it at least. Just been writing irrelevant stuff in the meantime.

What Makes You A Man? 01.05.2026

Being a man isn’t as simple as how you physically and biologically are, but rather how you carry yourself as one. The definition may be different amongst others but any man who doesn’t understand/accept themselves nor respect those around them has more reevaluating to do.

Why Aren't You Where You Want To Be? 01.05.2026

Just go for it. No need to wait.

You Aren't Capable Of Doing Both 01.05.2026

Although you’re capable of providing for yourself, you don’t have to be. On the other hand, if you find yourself providing more for others, understand that you need you as well.

Know When To Divest 29.04.2026

You can't afford to pour your resources into areas that won't yield you anything.

What Makes You A Doormat To People (How I Fixed it) 28.04.2026

The way you carry yourself is important, not only for yourself but often times it can be perceived by others on the outside. Sometimes, people notice you don't actually carry yourself but lay yourself down before others.

Being alone isn't a punishment... 26.04.2026

Some of our best and most productive time is spent by ourselves. You are punishing yourself by being by yourself.

What makes you any better than the next person? 24.04.2026

We gain nothing as a society putting others down when we ourselves aren’t any higher than they are. Be the reason you and someone else get to smile and feel welcomed each day.

Importance of family in one household pt.4 22.04.2026

As I expand on previously mentioned topics, take a moment to reflect on what you've either undergone as a child or what your children may be undergoing currently. It's easy to sweep things under the rug and allow them to be walked over in years to come, not realizing how much neglecting the problem would lead to future issues that are now hard to reverse. Being used to rugs with lumps unde...

Everything is what you make it 17.04.2026

Exactly what the title says, you decide everything. Even if you don't get to choose the action, you decide how to take it, perceive it, and wield it in your own way.

Cage Feeling 16.04.2026

You ever felt trapped metaphorically speaking? Yet, the feeling was so intense that the bars practically felt real. We've all experienced it at some point, if not to the same degree. A job, relationship, at home, not feeling as though you can speak or act out when a situation requires so. Spectating your own life more than you're living it.

Dilemmas 12.04.2026

We all undergo something the mentally cages the way we interact and go about certain situations. Often times, we program our brain to believe we have to second guess each thought or only give ourselves limited pathways and options to occurrence with endless possibilities. These preprogrammed mind cages are referred to as 'dilemmas'; bringing two directions to the forefront that typically h...

Story Time 07.04.2026

Just an update on the past few months and my absence. Apologies for the audio picking up my fan, tried adjusting the gain and voice isolation but obviously it's been awhile.

Perspective 10.09.2025

One of the most interesting things about people is their perception. How it can be similar to yours, or vastly different. The importance of perception is that there is no wrong way to view something as it's subjective to that individual, but also how we can learn from other's ways of perceiving things and ultimately building our own perspective.

Don't Be The Reason You Don't Succeed 29.08.2025

All the obstacles placed before us are only there because we allow them to be. How long they stay, how much impact they have, and what they are. It's up to us to determine our own obstacles, as without something to block they won't exist and without someone to clear them, they won't go away. Don't be your own obstacle.

People Pay What They Don't Have 07.08.2025

In this episode, I talk about how people often give others what they fail to give themselves. From things a little as gifts to as big as credit, respect, attention and the list goes on. It's easy and rather wonderful to care for others, but it can be detrimental if you neglect yourself in the process.

Emotional Intelligence pt.2 10.07.2025

Emotional intelligence isn't the easiest thing to pick up on but it happens to be the most beneficial. It's important to understand yourself and apply similar understanding to others.

Your Comfort Is Your Cage 19.02.2025

It's easiest to stick to things we feel most in our element doing, but easily forget that most elements are actually weaker the more you contain them. Don't contain yourself and allow yourself to be confined to the walls of your own imagination.

Don't Give Up On Yourself Before The World Does 27.01.2025

The world doesn't owe anything to you and even then will often expect little to come of you. However, you own it to the world to show them who you are and leave your mark whichever way you can. I appreciate everyone that listens to this, even if it is few, I hope whoever needs to hear it will be able to takeaway positive things and improve themselves. I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoy...

Self-Exaggeration/Over Crediting Others 24.01.2025

The same way we give others more credit than they deserve, we often give ourselves more criticism than we deserve. It's unfair to us to uplift others for the littlest things but bring ourselves down for the same thing. Support the channel as well as other platforms to share your own opinion and help us spread a message.

Make "You" The Norm 21.01.2025

In this episode, I talk about the importance of staying true to yourself and your own character. It's easy to pick off others but it's a dangerous thing to become them as you're at risk of losing what's unique to you.

Give Yourself What You Give Others 16.01.2025

In this episode, I speak about how the very acts you do for others you should do for yourself, if not more.

Underuse of Phrases 08.01.2025

Unlike one of my previous episodes, in this one I will be speaking about the phrases that go unused and unsaid even by the people you seek them the most from.

Progress Over Perfection 10.11.2024

It's easy to overlook a lot of the work we accomplish when we compare it to the work of others or to our end goal; not realizing the only way to get there is to through the work we've done and continue doing despite how much longer and who already met our goal.
