Two Out-of-Work Actors Bitching

Lombardo got a divorce. For a day. In Palm Springs. Todd is out of acting. Not in Palm Springs. In Valencia. Don't get triggered.

Wildfires, COVID, deaths in the family, and nepo-babies all tried to kill us, but we're baaaaaaaack! And we're bitching. Lombardo gets a residual check! Todd gets a residual check! These checks are not equal. (Also, there are complaints about working actors of a certain age.)

Happy Thanksgiving! You could listen to your family complain over dinner, or you could put your earbuds in and listen to these two actors complain instead. It's funnier, anyway. Enjoy the holiday!

The boys are back and ready to bitch! Lombardo complains about casting directors using hidden charges to make money off of actors! Todd complains about not being creepy enough to get the plum guest star roles! They also complain about Armie Hammer and his dumb truck! Complaining was never this much fun!

This one was recorded live as it broadcast out on Facebook and YouTube. Turns out that when you can see Lombardo and Todd instead of just listening, it becomes very clear that Todd is both very white and very sad. But Lombardo is in good spirits because he just moved and pissed off his old landlord. Trigger warning: the current state of politics in the United States of Dumb is barely mentioned.

The boys are back to bitch about not working. Todd is on the longest dry spell of his career, and Lombardo is not although he remembers his longest dry spell. It'll make you shudder! But regardless of what they are talking about...this is episode 69, you guys! Hahahahaha! 69!

It's been a minute...but the unemployed boys are back! Lombardo has gotten a few gigs lately, and he makes a point of rubbing salt into Todd's not getting any gigs wounds. They also talk about the aggravation of doing taxes when you haven't made any real money, the aggravation of paying union dues on credit cards, and ignoring the Oscars. Come on, you missed them. You can admit it.

The strike is dragging on, and Lombardo and Todd are still bitching about it. Also, updates on movies they are not supposed to promote during the strike, Lombardo's latest experience with racism, and Todd can't help but sound super white. Here we go, people!!!

Lombardo and Todd are back to bitch! Mostly about being stuck in traffic and picket lines. But it's still a better 65 than that movie 65 with the cartoon dinosaurs.

Lombardo and Todd put bitching on hold to get on the phone and aggressively call production entities and demand jobs, all while on the air!

They are getting another one in before Lombardo gets tied up shooting a movie with a very famous person experiencing a career renaissance! They are in a much better mood than last time, but they still wanna complain. Todd complains about being grateful for in-person auditions, Lombardo complains about bad actors, and they both complain about not being paid nearly enough for their excellence.

After a long hiatus, Lombardo and Todd return to the podcasting foray to complain about their careers! Lombardo talks about the depression that came along with a landmark birthday, but then drops the good news he got an offer to be in a movie with a really famous guy who just won a lifetime achievement award. The guys squeeze this one in because Lombardo is only out of work for like a day! Lombardo has lots to talk about in the form of upcoming gigs and stuff he just shot. Todd has nothing like that to talk about so mostly he whines about his career being over and wanting to move to the middle of the woods and hide from society forever. Lombardo tries to be supportive, but damn this guy is losing it.

The boys are out of work again! Todd got over COVID, and complains about getting it. Lombardo has to go to the grocery and he is afraid. They both got a day of work next week, so you better listen now because next week there is no show!

It's a brand new year, and there are all new things to complain about! Good thing your favorite two boneheads are starting the year off out-of-work! And, boy oh boy, is Todd pissed about having COVID. Lombardo is pissed about flags.

Welp. One of these guys keeps getting work and not showing up to complain about being out-of-work. But he finally squeezed one in on a day where he didn't have to drive fifty hours to get COVID tested. The other guy has just been sitting around and crying, not knowing when or if he would ever get to podcast again. Finally, a dream comes true! The bitchers are back!

The bitching is back! Lombardo is out of Toronto, Todd is out of Santa Clarita, there is a delta variant, and they don't have jobs! Boy oh boy, do they got a lot to bitch about - including hot weather, self-taping, not getting any self-tape auditions, and quitting smoking. Get in on the complaining!

Lombardo is still in Toronto and Todd is still in Southern California, and they are here to complain about it! It's too hot in California! It's too Canadian in Toronto! Everything is wrong! And they are out of work!

Lombardo's stint in Toronto is extended by three more weeks, and his wife is pissed! The plug get's pulled on Todd's latest gig, and his wife is pissed! Their wives are so pissed!

Lombardo goes from a long quarantine to a long break in between days of work and winds up getting the business from Canadians when he goes skateboarding in a Toronto park. Todd is looking forward to getting swabs stuck up his nose again! They are both vaccinated! Hire them, productions, so nobody has to listen to this anymore!

Lombardo is out of quarantine and running loose in Toronto! Todd is stuck in Simi Valley waiting for somebody to call and give him a job! And by the end of this one, they get all riled up and mad about a bunch of nonsense. And they are sad about Charles Grodin.

Huzzah! It's our big 50th episode, which sees Lombardo at the tail end of Canadian quarantine and Todd being not too sad because he's got a commercial running. Also, a 50th bonus, ten minutes of extra yammering about getting too messed up right after the end theme! Congratulate us, dammit!
