We were so sad to hear about the passing of America’s Coach Jeff Galloway this past Wednesday at the age of 80. Jeff was so important to our own running journeys, as his Run-Walk-Run method has gotten us out on the streets and trails and over finish lines again and again. We will miss Jeff so much, and he will always be in our hearts as we continue to run (walk-run) into and beyond our middle age....
