Any goals for this month?

Happy Halloween! Holidays and Community (My interests in Pagan culture, Fall and Winter holiday origins). Many of what we know as western holidays in American practice stem from ancient religions. Try and find positive and accountability resources for free online such as private Discord or Twitch groups. Use the content to keep motivated toward health goals. Find a method to track progress. Don’t forget to look back at patterns and adjust at least little by little, to see progress.

Happy Intersex Awareness! (And more deliveries, and more projects). Check out ig QueerSexTherapy post: https://www.instagram.com/p/CkMbA7uOyA4/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
