Any goals for this month?

Happy Halloween! Holidays and Community (My interests in Pagan culture, Fall and Winter holiday origins). Many of what we know as western holidays in American practice stem from ancient religions. I like to spend time during this time of year to dive into the histories and brush up on some details related to why we currently do what we do, and what people did way back when.

Let’s see if we can do a mental health Mondays series. And talk about some positive and uplifting topics. Try and find positive and accountability resources for free online such as private Discord or Twitch groups. Use the content to keep motivated toward health goals. Find a method to track progress. Don’t forget to look back at patterns and adjust at least little by little, to see progress.
