We talk, celebrate and offer support in all the joys and challenges associated with women's health. Especially women of color in their 40's and older. We have good good girlfriend conversations in a judgement free zone to discuss everything from dating and divorce, menopause, sex, your health, parenting, friendships and balling on a budget; all while trying to live a happy healthy life.
