Hot off the heels of our last OVA series, we're back to talk about even more OVAs. To kick it off, we're tackling the overly profane and heavily cool Cyber City Oedo 808! Does the first part set the stage for a cyberpunk thrill ride or does it add more time to our self-imposed sentence of watching bad media?
