Mike and Jeff got smacked around by the sportsbook this weekend going 2-3 in the Super Contest. Jeff has some thoughts on the tough task of finding value in favorites.

Jeff and Mike are over 64% on the season in their Super Contest picks. Jeff is going back to the Thursday well, while Mike is looking towards Jersey's finest. Trap games, ugly Betty's and market corrections to boot.

Off of a 4-1 week in the Super Contest!

Mike couldn't be live but phones it in, in the best way, with an ultimate decision and a chain of custody pick. Jeff closes it out with his ultimate and quick hits for market correction, share-of-square, ugly betty and a new category... QB carousel! 

The guys got their first tie this week. I must say,  a tie is not like kissing your sister. Kissing your sister is a straight loss in my book. Anyway, 3-1-1 to bring our Super Contest record to 28-16-1.

It was a big week for the guys going 4-1 in the Super Contest!

Mike has his ultimate decision, market plays and dad jokes. Jeff is pained to make an ultimate decision and hard-pressed to even mention the ugly Betty. 

Jeff is missing the fine art of collaboration and is ready to listen for the best takes going forward. The guys continued their winning ways with another 3-2 week in the Super Contest.

Jeff thinks the books are laying the trap of the year in the week 7 slate of games. Ultimate decisions and complete disagreements about chain of custody.

It was back to the winners for Jeff and Mike as their Super Contest picks went 3-2 this week. Jeff feels the 18-12 record is good, but is due to for a hot streak.

Mike and Jeff are diving into games this week with a good amount of agreement and a  lot of debate. The guys each argue both sides of the Patriots versus Browns game to make the Chain-of-Custody pick. Jeff is walking up for seconds on the ugliness that is the Steelers, while Mike is not falling for the Admiral Ackbar trap that is the Colts. After the first losing week, Jeff is looking on the upside of how bad it should have been when considering his and Mike's picks for the week. 2-3 never looked so good.

There is disagreement between Mike and Jeff when it comes to this week's chain-of-custody game. Mike shifts gears on his ultimate decision when he finds the ugliest of "ugly Betty" picks. Jeff is resorting to an old go-to, lousy team, catching points while pushing a pro Tomlin spot. 

Always the naysayer, Jeff feels the team's 13-7 record is lacking. That being said, another 3-2 week brings the total to four straight winning weeks to start of the season.
