Nothing like decades of fear melting out of the psyche.

Surfing the morning dread waves. Speaking my feelings out loud. Feels like it creates more separation to witness instead of being engulfed by it all. Shedding fear based belief systems. We’re cruising.

Just sharing what’s happening as it happens. Like why not recognize that you’re actually a good person who doesn’t need to be in fear of people thinking otherwise constantly. Slowly sinking into that feeling. Hope you’re having a great day. Happy Easter 🐇

I'm doing stand up at the Hollywood Improv on January 31st! Chatting about my brains response, fear, etc etc etc. Just continuing to rip without thinking my way out of posting.
