The School Run Podcast is co- hosted by mum (Jane) and daughter (Liv) we focus on topics which you weren't taught at school e.g. personal development, effective communication, relationships, health, well-being & so many more. We offer insights from two generations, helping you to build your dream life. Each episode provides practical advice and tasks to implement immediately, encouraging growth and self-improvement. The aim is to inspire you to become the best version of yourself, dream big and bet on yourself. Liv was 15 years old when she started the podcast with her mum in 2023.
