Have you ever had to make a decision that was just not easy to make? The more you stall, the worse it gets. Oh yeah, it just happened to me. My delay in a breakup really made me into the 'bad' guy.

You ever date someone and they completely remind you why staying single is a better option? I cover this and why one can't always trust their 'gut' feeling.

I recently received a DM question regarding tipping. It's now everywhere you go. You see it on the screen or receipt when paying - add tip? Some places make sense, others really don't. My thought's on this. Thank you to @epicdrinker for the submission and permission to shout out.

You ever had a conversation where you're clicking with the person and getting flirty with them and feel like a player? Then you see them doing the same thing to the next person and then the next after that? Yep, been there, done that. Also, some construction updates and why ChatGPT is both scary and awesome for me.

I recently had an encounter with a friend of a friend (meeting for the first time) and I wasn't feeling it from the start. It wasn't a pleasant exchange but nowhere near confrontational. I usually have at least friendly 'hellos' but this one was interesting to me and how we have to fake meeting people we don't care to.

I live in an area here in Portland where it's cheaper to get breakfast at Starbucks than a restaurant - amazing. Also, money advice that has not aged well.

Seems like 3 years is a magic number when people relocate somewhere by themselves. Find out my thoughts on it and on how Portland is becoming as expensive as SoCal.

I had an interesting encounter on the elevator early morning and shared that in this episode. Today's gripe: mid-life crisis. Am I going through one or just feeling unfulfilled by my current life and just need to change?

Yes, some more updates regarding life, work, and personal things. Someone actually likes hearing about it other than me. Also, my love/hate relation with my studio apartment.

I give you more updates of whats going on both at work and personally. Most of it is dealing with construction everywhere I go.

How much is it a pain to move? Yes, it's a good change of scenery but a hassle nonetheless. What is it with people wanting to drive less than the speed limit?

So I received an email regarding what type of training we should have for our office building. It was poll and you'll never believe the results - or maybe you will. It's incredible what priorities we have and how we follow other people with not so great compasses'.

Do you ever notice that when we think back to our earlier life things weren't as bad and maybe even better than we have it now? Why is that? I go over this and how job hunting can be a job in itself. I feel for anyone who is actively seeking work right now.

I know you've noticed when you go to public places/outings how people just lack the common courtesy to clean up after themselves. Be it a parking lot, bathroom, or even a park - you will always have people who don't give a shit and won't clean up after themselves or want to deface property. Let's talk about it.
