RTO - Return to office is a highly anticipated event, especially for 2025. Many companies are planning on it and mandating employees to come back to work. What are your thoughts?

Do you give yourself time to mourn after a break-up or bad incident or do you keep yourself busy so you don't have to think about it? After a month it finally hit me but I'm doing things to regain my confidence. Also, people who peddle their religion at events - what is that about?

You ever notice how people are willing to share their thoughts and feelings on any topic, especially on social media. I have the mantra, "If they don't ask, they don't want it." Yet we throw it around like cheap wine. You want to stand out above everyone else? Just listen to someone and offer your sympathies, that's it. I don't tell them how special they are or how strong...

This episode went hand in hand for me based on a question that a friend posed. Someone is really annoying him and asked at what point should he say or do something about it. I go over my tactics for annoying people and how my last relationship started to annoy me.

We've all been in a situation where we host some type of event and people either invite other people (that you prefer not to be there) or people assume that they're invited. This happened at my work, luckily it worked itself out. Also, when do you know a relationship is over? I'll tell you when I knew mine was.

This is a different episode for me. You can tell I struggled with the episode not only because I was unprepared but by the fact because my visiting family member confirmed the latest life decisions that I've made. Not by advice or by action - just simply showing up. YOu ever have anyone like that?

You ever had one small significant event/person help you decide on a major life decision? What's going on with restaurant equipment going out here in Portland?

This is happening to me again - an executive visiting our office at the wrong time. Every time I have family visiting (twice a year) - someone happens to come into our office for a 'visit'. To make matters worse - I spend a lot of time creating a WOT (waste of time) presentation that they look at for about 30 seconds - at best.

It's rainy and muggy in Portland, OR. Yes, you read that right. Seems that I can't escape the weather. This and how it shows we're going into fall with kids going back to school = traffic.

One of my shortest episodes ever. Just wanted to get your takes on how long breaking up with someone should take - the actual process. Also, is couples therapy even worth it? I don't think so. What do you all think?

Why does the city government have to close down the city for an event? Why not just have it at city hall? Also, do film critics say the opposite of the obvious just to draw into a conversation? I think so.

Spoiler alert - In this episode, I talk about my experience watching 'The Last Voyage of the Demeter' and how it took liberties steering away from its original source. granted, the original source didn't give much detail about this story. It doesn't feel like an intense horror movie or something even affiliated with Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Yours truly just celebrated his birthday alone and loved every minute of it. Why is it that when people find this out they feel bad for you? Even worse, they try to give you advice on how to celebrate YOUR birthday.

In this episode, I cover a few rants. I actually had food on my face and no one told me. I had a good night's sleep but still wokeup tired. Lastly, why does trash pick up day have to begin so early - especially with collecting the glass bottles?!

Lately I feel like I've been in a transitional lull and trying to get out of it. Update on my educational journey and costs I've found. Also, you have to hear about what I saw at the kitchen sink - at my workplace!

Halfway through the year and what my thoughts and plans are. A relatively quiet week at work and got a lot done without idiotic interruptions. My diet that I've started this week (nothing crazy).

We ask this as a fun question: What would you do if you would win the Lottery? Welp, the Powerball is over $700MM at the time of this episode and I have to play it. It's a trap but a fun trap.

I keep reading articles that state there is no recession but the job market says otherwise. My company says otherwise. Who should I believe? Also, why Las Vegas is a fun tourist trap.
