This Toyota Tundra negotiation was CRAZY from start to finish. You CANNOT order a Toyota. You CANNOT trust a bad dealer. You CANNOT charge a $10k Markup and expect customers to pay that. November 25, 2024

You can't make this stuff up. I call this Hyundai dealer just asking for numbers and the dealer refuses. But not only does he refuse to give numbers over the phone, he goes on to LIE about why he CAN'T send numbers (lies) and after a back and forth that lasts nearly an hour, you won't believe what he says. And they say I waste dealer's time....

In this Throwback negotiation on a Genesis from November 8, 2024, we see how dealerships have lied for years to their consumers. My job isn't done until dealerships CHANGE. Blink twice if you are frustrated with bad dealerships.

In today's episode, I fought to get a fair RAV4 deal and then had fun working on a luxury vehicle negotiation - something we don't often do on livestream.

We got three deals done in a single stream. Was it easy? No. But it was EFFECTIVE. Badda Bing Badda Boom.

I rarely get this heated, but this call warranted a rant.
