Health EN ↓ 11 episodes

Pain is part of life, but does it always need to make us suffer? With almost 2 decades of personal experience with chronic pain and illness, I have learnt a lot about myself and about the nature of pain. This channel is my way of sharing my experience and knowledge - how I went from pain to relief, and how I continue to to use what I have learnt in my life today. Perhaps it may be helpful to you on your own personal journey with pain.

I have a headache, and this is what I do 25.12.2023

A headache is one of those things that once it's with you, there's not a great deal you can do about it. I had pain in my hands, until I didn't 21.12.2023

Why on earth would I want to feel my pain? 19.12.2023

The way you approach your pain plays a huge role in how it reacts. Just like a non-newtonian fluid, it hardens upon impact, but softens when touched gently.
