The show is hosted by Stephanie Smith, Doctor of Education, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. Dr. Smith will share a collection of researched-based tips and unfiltered conversations about life issues. It's purpose is to enlighten our viewpoints on mental health and wellness.
