Everything changes. Within that change there comes so much diversity. Learning things, handling things, taking more risks, and do on. The good thing is that there are so many possibilities. We can choose and then we push forward. Guarantees are not involved. There in lies the rub..

Are you cheap? What does cheap mean to you??Its a word we all use, but is it a bad word or a necessary one? Just a thought ...

What does our face say about us? Is our value on our face in general? Does our face open or close more doors? How can we improve our overall face value? Does this cross your mind??

Are you sensitive about time? So you pay close attention to its movements? When you have time, do you use it well or not so much? What does a second, minute, or hour really mean to you? Can you stretch time? Is time really relative??

Do you consider yourself a champion? Maybe even just having champion traits? How do champions become champions? They move differently. They think differently. They don’t ask for permission. We look up to them when we have the same power to ignite when we decide.. Champions are built, not just born.

So much has changed. At the same time, change is good. We are going to be inside a new decade shortly and it’s exciting. So much is to come and do much is here to learn from. I’m excited. I’m humbled. Happy New Year..

It’s all around us, social media. The question is, how much of it feeds us or is genuine? Why do many people spend so much time on it? Does it feed us properly or pull us away from reality? How does it govern our minds? If it were abruptly taken away, could we survive without it?

We all claim our worth. Read that sentence again. Just by how we show up, we claim our worth. However, if it isn’t recognized or properly valued, we become a bit upset. Lastly, if we accept what others say is our worth, it sticks for way too long...If you want more, you have to become more valuable...

The holiday that pushes the energy forward every year. Is it good energy or toxic energy for you? What do the gifts mean to you and are you content with all that goes on? I ask because it’s a major time that means different things to different people.

Are you more on time than late? Does it matter to you when you arrive somewhere? This concept is taken so lightly, yet it fuels so many things in life. Being respectful of time, which is relative in the end, is a beautiful art.

The challenges of life pull us like rubber bands in a third grade classroom. Life touches everyone and it does not discriminate. How do you navigate through these things? Sometimes when you feel you are doing it all right it goes left. I know you feel me..

The people who drive this world seem to strive for excellence in their field. They go where they want to and do as they please based on their way of being. Each and every one of them has decided to be excellent. This is very inspiring to me.

Is the grass greener on the other side? Can we say that we had more fun as children than as adults? When we didn’t know that we would have to be responsible later on, was it better? Do you actually fear getting old??

Some things must end. It is just a part of life that inevitably, things will come to a close. The thing is though, how will we handle it when it happens? Will we shake it off quick or sit with it way too long.. I believe the closing turns into an opening... We just have to stay focused..

Are you using the resources around you? The ones that are free and available? The ones that you can pay for up front and use to your hearts content? Do you have many limits to your character or do you live with an unlimited vibe?

How does that word really vibrate? Is it good to say something is fair?? If you did a fair job, is that good?? How many times has that word come out and not truly represent what you meant?? Think about it...

Can people make you happy? What is it about the phrase, “she or he makes me happy?” Do we put too much stick in what others feel or what others say to create our happiness? This is an age old concern. I think it’s a discussion that can go in many directions. Enjoy

Are assumptions rule us... How much do we allow it? Also, what are the techniques that we use to do better? I ask myself these questions, and now I’m asking you.

Sometimes language separates us. If we can’t communicate, we assume things or handle things differently.. I love how language unites us. I plan to be fluent in at least 6 languages... How do you feel about language? Is it important to you???

I love the stage. It feeds me and I feed it!! This is a snippet of my evening. Getting paid to do what you love is amazing!! I am grateful and so happy to be here right now. This is just a peek into my world..!! Thanks for listening..

Are you a person who follows rules? Would you say rules should be followed no matter what or that they can be bent when necessary? We all have some rules to follow...Which ones challenge us to our limits??

How do you see things? Do you compare the lives of others to see it or do you take it at face value? I know there are many compassionate sound in the world. The real question is do they know how necessary it is each and every day?

In life we always come across an impasse. A place that forces us to change gears. At other times a fire is started in front of us in the way of words. These words are mostly not real as far as their power, however, we may feel the need to defend ourselves..What do you do when those around you attempt to start a fire within you? Do you have an extinguisher ready or do you run for the hills???

How often do you actually seek to be there for a friend in need? Is it important for you or is it more a casual thing? The comfort of having someone there for you is immeasurable. Everyone needs someone at some time. This is essential for every human being in my humble opinion...
