The MindfulMess is hosted by Gene Sun and Matt Salmon, two people who seek to learn and grow as humans. Gene is a fitness professional studying organizational psychology and a first generation queer Asian American who sees every conversation as an opportunity to both express and shape his cultural identity. Matt is a pediatric and adult psychiatrist, who is queer, autistic, and is thriving after trauma from conversion therapy. We will share our experiences & how we've gown from them, be curious about others', and invite you all to share in this journey with us. New episodes every Saturday!
