Okay, it's the New Year and our resolutions are abound. However, how are you keeping the heat on yourself and how are you upping your game this year? Not only do you need to do this, but by doing so, you'll attract new clients - ones that want to be with someone who's motivated and determined to provide a better version of their business in 2022. 

It's the year-end episode where I talk a little about your marketing strategy for 2022 and my plunge into ((hold on to something)) TikTok! 

I recently had to make a tough decision on a situation, but it was the only decision to make. I had to protect my brand, my business and my own reputation by severing ties to a commitment I had made with a local event. The event itself is admirable and significant to the local economy. The sponsor behind this event - not so much. 

While, yes, you can whip up an ad on Facebook in a relatively short period of time, it's not recommended that you do so. You need a little patience - in the planning, the creative, and, most importantly, the timing of your campaign. 

There's been a lot of bashing of Facebook lately. But let's talk about some underlying reasons for this and, as business owners, realize you're missing the boat. 

If you're a sales or marketing rep without any online presence, then you're way behind the times and, frankly, there are no excuses. I address this issue in this episode as well as why it's important to keep your own efforts up-to-date.
