A short episode today...apologies for the 'streams' of consciousness style...though I still think you'll get some handy hints here.  Resilience is extremely important but how we teach our children resilience is less obvious...well I want to change that...tune in!

What does it mean to pick our battles? Is the battle worth fighting? What if you win? So what? What if you lose? So what? Think before you decide to battle.
