Business EN ↓ 105 episodes

This podcast is all about being your authentic self, living your life with purpose, and taking a chance on things you’ve always wanted to try. I started this podcast to give you what I wish I had a few years ago when I felt stuck, like I was checking all the boxes and getting nowhere in my life. I want to be that for you - someone in your corner believing that “yes, you fucking can”, reminding you there’s nothing wrong with you, and rooting for you to achieve whatever you decide success looks like for you.

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to “do it scared.” You’ve probably heard that phrase before, but actually living it is a whole different story. I share how I handle days when my...

Setting boundaries and learning to say no 20.08.2025

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the most important (and honestly, hardest) skills I’ve had to learn as a woman with ADHD: setting boundaries and learning to say no. If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations while your own priorities get pushed to the side, you’re not alone. I share how I’ve been practicing clearer communication about who I am, what...

Rest Is Not Lazy: How Intentional Self-Care Fuels Creative Entrepreneurs 06.08.2025

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey of shifting from constant hustle to intentionally embracing rest and self-care. I talk about how “romanticizing rest” became a key part of my Fierce Framework, and how treating rest as something sacred has changed the way I show up in both life and business. I know that rest isn’t always accessible or easy, so I’m also naming the privilege that can...

72. You’re Not Too Much: Embracing Your Needs as an ADHD Entrepreneur 23.07.2025

I also share some honest updates about wher...
