We're back after two years and preview the 2024 Tour de France with Matt White and Luke Plapp. It's expecting to be fireworks on the opening stage as riders will battle extreme heat and humidity to see who will take stage honours and the first yellow jersey of the race.

We check in again with John Trevorrow to see where things are placed at the Giro with a big GC battle looming for the final week. We're also joined by Luke Plapp and Matt White.
