Doing a little Lyft for additional income and realizing people are dealing with mental health daily. The reality that mental health is being brushed under the rug is becoming obvious in our daily life. Finding inner peace and joy is the only way to cope with daily anger. Spending my beautiful Sunday with my loving dad Marko.

Quick spontaneous trip to Hot Springs Arkansas. Such a fun trip hiking in the mountains and drinking that beautiful spring water. Talking Mushrooms and trying them for the first time. Just a quick update on my dad. Time to be a big boy now. Learning how to help my sick dad. Bonding with the family usually gets a little stronger in times lkke this. We wish him a full recovery and his strength in his feet. Our parents will get old and tired. It is up to us to comfort them and make everything okay.

My dad Marko had a minor stroke. Just a quick brief history on the best father I could have ever had. Emotional roller-coaster ride. Enjoy your loved ones hug and kiss them daily. Life is short. We must get wiser and take care of our bodies, mind, oneness, etc. Just a quick few words thanking my amazing father. He is back home. GOD BLESS US ALL!!

I have been experiencing waking up from 2am-4am! Anyone tried this! Matrix mode operantly. My Podcasts are straight of top freestyle. Develop better listening skills its your KEY to life. I am quitting jobs left and right. LMAO!!

Prophesying becoming a Public Speaker in the near future. I have officially left another job. If the energy is not right then I am OUT!! If your job is bringing you anxiety then leave. Working an 8-5 is starting to get way old.

She is at it again and again. Now she had the nerve to call the adult protective services on my dad. This needs to stop. She needs to get help and we need to stay calm and disciplined enough to help her. I am just not mentally trained for this kind of harassment.

A quick reminder to always choose yourself first. Everyone has problems but we must deal with them. My personal experience with a female friend and how quickly the energy shifted downward to a point of me having to take a step back and reevaluate the relationship.

Sharing my feelings about thanksgiving. Introduction to new job Nissan of Lewisville. Excitment that a new job brings. Black Friday is a way to keep you broke.

Dealing with a sick or bitter neighboor who will not let my dad live in peace in his own Cando. Seeing my dad show fear and concern at this age was very emotional. Trying to look at things with higher vantage point.

I take a personal look at my family upbringing and how it played a roll in my mental health. Thanking my parents for all their sacrifice and determination to get us a second chance at life.

Having something to look forward to bring us lots of happiness. Find ways to do things alone that will give you lots of power. Getting out of you daily comfort will release lots of anxiety.

A quick episode dedication to my friend Matt. He took his own life through battle of alcoholism and mental health. One day he was with us and the next day he was gone. Life is precious and we must find a way to honor it. Please take this episode as a reminder to always check in with your family and loved ones.
