In this new podcast, we're going to explore the concept of the "bio-individual". What this means in terms of how our brains are wired and the psycho-physiological effects that hard work can have on our bodies and experience. We're going to explore the basics of the bio-individual, as well as some of the ways that this information can be used in practice. We'll also discuss how to recognise when a bio-individual work may be needed, what techniques can be looked at and how to work with them effectively.
