Everybody wants to be seen and feel valued. It's an innate desire of all human beings. But here's the irony... Most people seek this acceptance by working extremely hard to fit in and be like everybody else. Then they can't understand why they never stand out or get ahead in life. What these people fail to realize is that in order to truly be valued...  

When you feel the urge to criticize someone... Pause. Then take that same energy … and put it out in the form of a compliment to someone who deserves it. Just like when you don't want to do something and you use the "I don't want to do this" thought as the trigger to get your ass moving. It's the same with emotional energy. Want to change your mood instantly? When you feel frustrated, angry or mad...

A loud and undisciplined mind can put you and your life on a path of destruction. We all have days where we wake up on the wrong side of the bed... Everything is irritating... We have no energy... Everything seems pointless... ...and we'd much rather quit than take another step forward. We also all have days where everything is going our way... Nothing can go wrong... Everything is great...

It's become common to hear people say "know your worth" as if they are underpaid, underappreciated, or too good for where they're at in life. The truth is, these people are exactly where they're supposed to be... ...and for good reason too. Your worth is your worth. The narrative on social media surrounding confidence is that it's something we all have and just need to access within ourselves. The truth is much different. Confidence is not something you can fake by smiling ... reciting daily affirmations ... or doing any of that bullshit. It may make you feel better in the moment... But I promise you... That's not real confidence. It's a confidence mask.

We live in a society where most things can be had instantly. Everything seems easy and stress-free... Which has forced most people into a lifestyle of comfort and complacency. They expect everything now. But that's not how it works. The longer you make decisions based on what's going to be the easiest and most enjoyable now...  

You do not "make" money. You earn money. ...and the only way money can be earned is in exchange for value. Whether you work inside of a company or run your own company... The better, easier, or more effectively you can solve people's problems... The more value you provide ... and the more money you'll earn. I'm being very literal when I say this. Why is it that so many people need a guarantee that they'll be successful before they take action? Can you eat a cake before it's baked? Do farmers harvest their crops before they plant? Is a painting beautiful before it's painted? Can you drive a car before you add fuel? The answer to all of these things is an obvious "No." So why do you need the assurance that if you put in the work...

If you're being honest with yourself ... you probably have quite a few holes in your game. That's nothing to be ashamed of. We all have holes in our game. Including me. Losers ignore their holes... Allow them to grow... Neglect the hard work it takes to fill their holes...

There isn't a single one of us who has all the answers. But here's the good news... You don't need to have all the answers... In fact ... you don't need to have ANY of the answers. You just need to understand that it's not about having all the answers... It's about trying, failing and building the necessary skills through those "failures" to find the answers to the situation the next time it comes...

Make sure you are extremely discerning when it comes to who you choose to listen to. Everybody is going to have an opinion about you and your life. They'll tell you what you should change... They'll tell you what you should do... They'll tell you what you're doing right... They'll tell you what you're doing wrong… Some of these people want to see you lose… Some of these people want to see you win…

If you need someone to motivate you... Give you a "kick in the ass"... Or constantly hold you accountable for your own performance... Get comfortable with living an average life. Because here's the truth... You're not always going to feel motivated... You're not always going to have energy... You're not always going to have momentum... ...and nobody is going to hold your hand. NOBODY.  

Winning does not require some complex equation or "secret" that very few people know about. Winning is actually quite simple. Here's how it works: You build skills... Use those skills... Execute at a high level...

We're all tired... That's just the way it is. You can either let that be the reason as to why you don't get shit done... Or you can understand how pathetic that excuse actually is. The reality is the minute you wake up is the minute your body starts losing energy. It works this way for all of us, and there are 0 exceptions. Don't like it? Tough shit.

If you go through life with the belief that everything should be "fair"... Your life will be miserable ... guaranteed. "Fair" only exists in fairy tales... Not in the real world. Having an attitude that you are entitled to what's "fair"... Whether you verbalize it or not... Will get you nothing.

People are watching. You are leading. For better or worse ... you are leading. Even if you are struggling right now... People are still watching. You may feel like the biggest piece of shit in the world right now... But I promise you ... people are still watching. These people are either going to see you win... Or they're going to see you quit.

Winning is not a destination. Winning is an event that you try to replicate repeatedly throughout the course of your day. If you win the small battles... If you make sure to do all of the little inconvenient things that you don't want to do today... Then do the same tomorrow, and every day moving forward... That's when you start to see the big wins materialize.  

Freedom only exists when you exercise it. Do not cower or be intimidated. Stand tall. Stand proud. Fly your flags. This flag is our flag... Nobody else's. It's the people's flag.
