There are thousands upon thousands of people out there… Who are less talented than you… Who have less resources than you… Who have more responsibilities than you… Who have all the possible excuses you can think of to just quit on their goals...

EVERY SINGLE DAY. 5 CRITICAL TASKS PER DAY. If you execute on all the tasks you get a WIN. If you miss on any one task you get a LOSS. Win enough days in a row you win a week. Win enough weeks in a row you win a month. Win enough months in a row you win a year. Win enough years in a row...YOU WIN YOUR LIFE.

Your fear. Your frustration. Your anxiety. Your hopelessness. Your anger. Your fight. Your hardships. Your struggle. ALL OF THOSE THINGS ARE YOUR PRIVILEGE.

Nobody cares about your problems... So quit bitching about them. Pouting on the internet may get you a little bit of sympathy... It may get you a few likes... It may get you a little attention... But I promise you... These people are actually just trying to be polite

Some days are going to feel like everything is out of your control. Some days are going to feel like you're getting pulled in every direction. Some days are going to feel like the universe is conspiring against you. Some days are just going to suck … which makes doing the shit you know you need to do far more difficult. ...but regardless of how difficult these days may be... You must pass the test...

Learning to say the word "No" is one of the best things you can do for yourself and the people around you. For a long time, this is something I struggled with. ...and because I was unable to say "No" when it was necessary... I often found myself frustrated and bitter. Understand that your inability to use this word will only hold yourself and others back. It's not rude. It's not selfish. It's not...

Surround yourself with people who are doing shit... Not just talking about it. Only losers talk about what they "could do." ...and if you know someone like this... I recommend you distance yourself... FAST.

Every single one of us have holes in our game... I know I definitely do. Here's the thing… It's supposed to be that way. It's how you choose to address these holes that will determine whether you win or lose in life. If you choose to ignore your holes and avoid the work it takes to fix them... Your life will never be any better than it is right now. It will likely regress.

Have you ever considered the fact that the greatest inventions of our time all came from ideas that people ridiculed and called "crazy" or "impossible?" The phone... The internet... Airplanes... Cars... Electricity... ...that's just to name a few.  

Losers will always point to intangible, immeasurable items... Luck. Talent. Circumstance. They use them as justifications as to why other people are successful... ...and they aren't. Winners always point at tangible items...

When someone I know goes out and does a great job or accomplishes some cool shit... I never say "I'm proud of you." Instead … I say "I'm excited for you." I say this because I understand we are all a work in progress... ...and there is much more that these people will accomplish IF they keep their foot on the gas. The same can be said for you.

Everybody knows what to do. If you want to get in great shape ... you have to exercise and give your body the right nutrients and fuel. If you want to win at anything ... you have to work hard every day and do it consistently for a long time. If you want to find an answer to something ... you can find it online with just a couple clicks. If you want to improve your mindset and skills ... you need...

There is no magic to success. You just wish there was. The only real magic that exists is doing what needs to be done when you'd rather do anything else... ...and doing it when nobody else will. That's the "magic" you are missing.  

Don't be scared to fall on your face over and over again and get laughed at by people who will never even try. Their life will never get any better than it is right now. While you get better... They are just sitting around laughing at everyone they see doing anything they are unwilling to do. They are perpetually stuck at the cool kids' table from high school...  

Intensity Fire Tenacity Hunger THE WILL TO FUCKING WIN! THE INTANGIBLES. These are the qualities that cannot be taught. These are the "it factors" of success.

Most people get all motivated, excited, and revved up to go out and crush it... and what happens the first time they get punched in the fucking mouth... Either by: Making a call where they get hung up on... or Sending an email that gets no reply... or Getting shut down and getting their feelings hurt in some other way? They say "This wasn't meant for me". And that's usually all it takes.

It's a great thing to dream, think and work toward enormous goals. Most people are incapable of seeing outside the realm of possibilities that they observed growing up. However, dreaming big comes with its own set of challenges... ...mainly and most potentially damaging to a life is the elements of "big goals" combined with an "unawareness" of the amount of effort it actually takes. It's an extrem...

If you don't have a clear picture in your head about exactly what you want your life to look like down the road... ...and you are uncertain whether or not your goals and dreams are possible for you... You are telling the universe two things: 1. You're not willing to put in the work that's required. 2. You don't care about what you bring into your life. This is the exact reason why most people end...

The more successful you are, the more controversial you're going to be. Jealous people will come at you. Small-minded people will try and tear you down. People you thought were your friends will reveal themselves to you in the most disappointing ways.

Every single fucking ounce of work that's going to build you into the greatest version of yourself will be done alone. You'll sweat alone. You'll stress alone. You'll work alone. You'll suffer alone. But once you start becoming the best version of yourself... Other people will see it…

Weakness in others gives zero justification for weakness in yourself. Most people live to the standards of the people around them. Unless you are surrounded by high-drive, highly disciplined people... This isn't a good thing if you have ambitious goals for yourself. Most people do what "They" do. "They" being a whole bunch of people you know by default that aren't on the ambitious path in life.

Life isn't fair. Never has been. Never will be. Regardless of how much bitching and whining you do about "fairness" you won't change this reality. It's wasted thought, breath, and energy. Natural order always wins.

It's always a long road when you start... It's always a long road when you're in it... It's never a long road when it's over. Do your best to live a meaningful life. A life that truly matters.  

If you pay close enough attention... You'll find that most people belong to one of two groups: The first group of people are arrogant... They have an inflated sense of self-importance... They over-celebrate their wins... They are convinced that they have everything "figured out"... They're wrong.
