Despite what the internet and social media may tell you... Burnout is rarely the result of being "overworked" or "overly stressed." If you feel "burned out" ... it's more than likely for one of two reasons:

A lot of people ask me this... "When is the right time to reward yourself?" Here's my answer... Reward yourself everyday… By getting up... ...and working your ass off.

This goes against everything you've ever been told, but Consistency is Not the "key to success' LIsten in to find out why!

When I look back at my 20+ years that I have been in business.... The times that I've had the most fun... The times that I've had the most growth.... The times that I've learned the most...

"I'm not in the mood today" VS. "It doesn't matter what mood I am in, I AM GETTING IT DONE" Which kind of person are you?

Have you noticed that some people constantly deal with the same problems again and again? They work hard, but they never gain any traction. They go to the gym, but they never make progress… They always struggle financially… They have bad relationships… The list can go on and on.

We need more people sharing their wins. Make their fucking eyes hurt with your winning. Showing your wins and showing people how to win is the noble thing to do… Now more than ever. Winning is good. Winning is right. Winning should be celebrated. Winning is in our DNA.  

Most people hold themselves hostage in life to the negative stories they tell themselves about who they are and why they're incapable of becoming what they truly desire to become. "I wasn't meant to be successful." "I don't have any special talents or skills." "I'm not one of the lucky ones." I'm sure you know a handful of people who talk to themselves like this... Maybe you're one of these people...

All winners understand that change is part of reality. They don't run from it... They don't pout about it... They don't deny it... They embrace it and recognize the opportunity that presents itself in times of change. If you want to live a truly fulfilling life... Accepting and embracing change is a requirement.

A lot of people have no issue with stepping out of their comfort zone when it comes to starting something new... Which is a great thing … and a character trait you need to win. But, for as many people who are willing to get started... There are far less people who actually finish. FAR LESS.

Hard life with a reward. Hard life without a reward. Those are the only two options. You will either live an intentionally "hard" life that comes with a reward. Or You will seek comfort and the unintentional hard life will materialize. This is it.

Pursue and achieve your biggest goals and dreams... Or structure your life around having the ideal "work/life balance." It's one or the other. Never both. Most people today are obsessed with the idea of balance.

Whether you think so or not... What people think of you matters, and is reflected in every single area of your life. The opportunities you have... The money you make... The relationships you build... The impact you have... All of these things will be influenced by the story that's told about you when you're not around.  

Life gets a lot easier when you stop expecting life to get easier. The world doesn't bend reality to suit your comfort level. Expecting things to change to your liking is going to leave you frustrated, disappointed, unfulfilled, and broke in every way possible. Expecting shit to get harder... Way fucking harder... Then preparing for the hardship by building yourself into a stronger, tougher, more...

Legends don't concern themselves with being "good enough" to beat their competition... They focus on becoming as great as they can possibly become by playing their best game every single time. When you only worry about beating your competition... You set yourself up to perform slightly better than your competitor. When you focus on playing your best game... You set yourself up to execute at the hi...

We are creatures of habit. That's a fact. But What does that mean? Listen in to this episode to find out!

There is no "one thing" that will make all of your problems disappear. No amount of money... No relationship or connection... No career... No place you move to... No method you try... Nothing. This is flawed thinking. You will always have struggles and challenges... That's just the way it is.

Actions. Results. Words. If you want to be taken seriously ... that's the hierarchy of importance. A lot of people spin their wheels for years because they ignore this hierarchy of reality. Don't be one of them. If you want your words to matter... You must lead with your actions and results.  

None of the people you look up to have superpowers you don't.   They are normal people... Just like you. Whatever is in them is also in you. The work you do when nobody is watching is what produces the results everyone watches. Don't sell yourself short.

Hard is relative. What's easy for me may be hard for you. What's hard for me may be easy for you. The important thing is that we're all out here working to be better. Help the people behind you... ...and learn from the people ahead of you. None of us are at the same point in the journey and teamwork is required to bring out the best in all of us.
