Tonight\'s After-Dark guest: The 2nd hour of the show is PACKED as well. Long time friend of the show, Fast Eddy Maurin, stops in for the first half to break down the American Royal with his expert insight...he also did pretty well in the chicken category!

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Mike Davis, Pitmaster of Lotta Bull BBQ Team. Mike and his wife Debbie just won the American Royal Open this past weekend. Lotta Bull has seen a lot of success at this particular event of the years.

Tonight\'s After-Dark guest: Melissa Cookston of Yazoo\'s Delta will join me for the 2nd hour. She won the MBN side of the Murphysboro, IL contest this past weekend and continues to roll the competition on the MBN circuit.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Shad Kirton of a Boy and his BBQ. Shad won the overall title on season 2 of BBQ Pitmasters which aired on TLC.

Tonight\'s After-Dark guests: Dan Hixon joines me for the 2nd hour. Dan and his team 3-Eyz BBQ are having another great year on the competition circuit.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by YOU the Centralites! It is a great thing to have an open segment from time to time in order to gauge the pulse of the show and what you guys think of it...so if you feel the need, call in and give me your take!

Tonight\'s After-Dark guests: Thom Emery will join me to talk about his time on the BBP Pitmasters TV show. He joined 3-Eyz BBQ during their time on the show so we will see how it went for him and the team.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Pitmaster of Wood Chicks Barbecue, Lee Ann Whippen. Lee Ann has been on the show a number of times in the past and tonight she returns to talk a little about the BBQ Pitmasters TV show.

Daniele Dimovski joins me to talk about how she got in to this bbq deal, her advice for upcoming bbq cooks and her experience on TLC\'s BBQ Pitmasters.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Celeste Dwyer, media partner of the 5th Annual Taste of the Deerfield Valley. Celeste will talk about the event, what to expect if you grab up some tickets and all of the other great things you can expect.

Tonight\'s After-Dark! guest: I will be joined by Pitmaster of Pellet Envy BBQ Team, Rod Gray. Pellet Envy is the reigning KCBS Team of the Year...they are currently in 2nd place for 2010, creeping up a spot from the past few weeks.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Mike Wozniak, Pitmaster of Quau. As in years past, Quau has been vying for top spot in the KCBS Team of the Year standings the entire competition season...they have had the #1 spot a number of different times.

Tonight\'s After-Dark! guest: I will be joined by 2 members of Hot Grill on Grill Action, Logan Hendrickson and Ryan Aimmes. Hot Grill on Grill Action is part of Season 2 of BBQ Pitmasters.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Robert Magee, Pitmaster of Munchin\' Hogs at The Hilton barbecue team. Robert has been competing in bbq for a number of years and won team of the year honors in the KCBS back in 2008.

Tonight\'s After-Dark! guest: I will be joined by Pitmaster of I-Que, Chris Hart. Chris and the rest of team I-Que just wrapped up team of the year honors in the New England BBQ Society (NEBS).

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by John Patty, Pitmaster of JP Custom Smoke barbecue team. John was part of the show during the competition round table shows that aired earlier this year and earned a spot to come back for his own segment tonight.

Tonight\'s After-Dark! guest: I will be joined by pitmaster of Jack\'s Old South, Myron Mixon. Myron is one of the most successful guys out there in the competition world. He has also seen a lot of success on television with the show BBQ Pitmasters on TLC.

During the 2nd and 3rd segment I will be joined by Heath Hall of Pork Barrel BBQ. Pork Barrel has had a very unique ride in the world of barbecue!

Tonight\'s After-Dark! guest: I reload Joey \"Jaws\" Chestnut as he returns to talk about his latest competitive eating win over the 4th of July weekend. Joey took down many other top eaters at the Nathans World Famous Hot Dog eating contest.

During the 2nd segment I will be joined by Robert Magee, Pitmaster of Munchin Hogs at The Hilton. Munchin Hogs is currently ranked 3rd in the KCBS points race for Team of the Year...they won it all back in 2008.
