The BARCH Richmond Network
The BARCH Richmond Network is a short weekly podcast highlighting the people behind the BARCH community. Each episode is a relaxed 10-20 minute conversation with a member, coach, or local business owner connected to the gym. We talk about training, life outside the gym, lessons learned, and the work people are doing in the real world. The aim is simple: give great people in the BARCH community a platform, share their stories, and strengthen the network around the gym. This is all about honest conversations with the people who make BARCH what it is.
