Sophie is a 14 year old who loves dancing. She's modest about her achievements, but when her uncle has a podcast and knows how good she is, he calls in a few favours. Already dual national champion, Sophie has at her young age already danced internationally in Utah and New York. It's a bit of a step away from our Swim / Bike / Run focus....we think you'll enjoy!
