Episode # 54 Going with the Flow The last two years, not one race has been set in stone. Some races have disappeared at the very last minute, and some added in just as short of time. Besides this being frustrating, we learned a great deal about what we think we need and what we actually need in order to prepare for a race. This adjustability is something can can hold onto for years to come.
