It’s hosted by Jane Dennison aka MrsMileShy, founder of Manchester’s inclusive charity, the MileShyClub, and Gail Titchener, a run-group leader specialising in menopause mentorship and long-term health. Together, Jane and Gail get real about managing stress, anxiety, burnout, menopause workouts, motivation dips, and the challenge of finding time for health fitness amongst work, family commitments, and other pressures.
