Today I talk about the benefits of patience which I have been bad at and when to keep the same energy. Especially when it comes to coaching.

On this 100th Episode I talk about the dirty game of recruiting and hoe it seems to make cowards and liars of so many. 

Today I discuss one of the strangest NFL football games I have seen in some time. The Monday night contest between the Patriots and the Bills and the thoughts that com out of a game like that.
