It's easy to succumb to virtue signalling, and fail to see our own signals. Still though, let me share take on the recent issue on Liza Soberano, and Pastor Jeremy Ferguson and virtue signalling.

Envious sees things that you have, but what are they not seeing? What are the things they refuse to see? I'm tagging you along with me on this episode.

Setting boundaries seems to be a fad, but it's not as rosy as it appears, but it's still a better response. Hear me out.

Do we drive people out? Do we immediately blame? Concerns, sentiment, and other uncomfortable words are realities of life and you cannot avoid all the time. My thoughts about it.

Abusive people will use your imperfections against you. If ever you are identified with groups expected to be better (like being a Christian), they utilize this.

The difficulty or easeness of a person being transacted with is highly dependent on context and situation, but being guided with reflective questions will make us at least understand people. Let me talk about these reflective questions.

"You don't need to explain yourself". No, you need to, especially with that tone. Yes, you need to explain and defend yourself, and let me expound that.

"No need to explain yourself". "Keep it brief." Hearing these words even if it's no longer work-related? Yes, we're not everyone's cup of tea, but also yes, not everything is elevator pitch, and let me expound that.

We find other people full of themselves and arrogant, at least from our perspective. Thus, systemically, we seemed to make it a mission for them to be humble. Let me expound why it's not healthy to do so.

Let us welcome 2024! Happy New Year! Though, have anyone used this to sweep our own mistakes under the rug without amendments or fixing it? Okay, let us expound why we must not use it that way.

While the burden of good testimony is towards the believer in Christ, some folks weaponize this on a Christian's end, especially if a Christian starts to call a behavior, and then some. Why suddenly his/her being a Christian become relevant when for most parts, his/her insights, opinions, pointers were invalidated or put on a lower situation? Here are my takes.
