In late 2020 Aidan and Stephen began walking in the evenings together through their local forest park and felt their discussions were interesting, thought-provoking and made them feel healthier in both body and mind. They decided to try to record some of these chats in the hope of inspiring others to continue the conversation. They want to bring people together over a cuppa, with an aim to create a community that can share thoughts, ideas, love, compassion, and realism in a safe non-judgemental environment while discussing the meaning and purpose of life, health, and much more.
