Send us Fan Mail It was quiet that night. People were getting ready for Christmas. Decorations were being put up, holiday music was heard coming from most houses, and Shotgun hated it all. 

Send us Fan Mail When you’re a Kid, you find stupid things to do. Like seeing if an umbrella will be like a parachute when you jump off the garage roof. I tried that. It doesn’t work. Then there’s Legos. Fun to play with. You can make things. Mom and Dad think they’re safe. So go and have some fun.

For me it’s the family get togethers, having fun with the kids, watching them going house to house trick or treating like I did those many years ago. But I’m running late. Better move faster so I can get there before it gets dark.

The night of the first Lottery Draft Game everyone was tense. In our dorm, we gathered together around an old 12 inch black and white TV with a grainy picture. Names weren’t drawn. Birthdays were drawn.

After Cheers ended, Shelley Long took up with Second City in Chicago. I never formally met Shelley Long, though a part of me still remains’ close to her.
