Mosiah 24:15-16 teaches us that the burdens on our backs will be made light as we have faith and patience in the Lord. But the burdens themselves don't just get easier, WE GET STRONGER! The Lord gives us strength so we can bear our burdens with ease. I also testify, we can be of good confort, even when times are hard. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Ether 12:12 and Ether 12:18 talk about faith. It doesn't tell us what faith is, but it does tell us that miracles follow when we have faith. In fact, miracles can only come when faith comes first. Believe that God is and miracles will surely follow!

The Lord has blessed each of us Gifts of the Spirit. No one has all of them but EVERYONE has some. It is up to us to grow these gifts and then to share them with everyone so that we can all profit from that which the Lord has given. I invite you all to grow these gifts and use them to bless others. In return, the Lord will bless you.

These 5 words show up all the time in the Book of Mormon. And they are words many of us write off. We might even see them as not important. But what do they mean? Is it possible they have more meaning then telling us that time has come and gone? I think so. Today I would like to share some of my thoughts with you. I believe there is more to these words than we give credit.

1 Nephi 1:20 talks about the tender mercies of the Lord. They are evidence that God is working in your life. Did you know you can actually practice recognizing one? As you intentionally look for tender mercies in your life, you will not only recognize them, but you will see them more frequently. The Lord has chosen you, take up the call and have faith. You are in his hands.

Isaiah 1:18-19 is one we have all heard. It is simple and beautful. It reminds us of the perfect redeeming power of Jesus Christ. The message is clear, complete and perfect forgiveness is possible. Because Jesus lives.
